This module is intended to provide researchers with an introduction to the Sequential, Multiple Assignment, Randomized Trial (SMART) design. You will learn how to (a) determine whether you should use a SMART, (b) define a SMART, (c) understand the basic principles of a SMART design, and (d) calculate the sample size for three common Primary Aims in a SMART.
